One thing I've mentioned before is how international the community is here at YWAM Lausanne. I thought I would take a quick photo of a typical menu for a week. They provide familiar tastes for many palettes, resulting in a great mix of flavors. I’m very proud of myself for the fact that I’m eating more spicy foods thanks to the influence of the many South Koreans here. I have made baby steps so far, taking more and more spicy sauce every time we have a dish similar to Bibimbap. I tried some noodles the other day that were right on the threshold of pain for me, which resulted in some tears and coughing much to the amusement of the Koreans sitting around me. Like I said, baby steps.
