Small reminders: IKEA breakfasts, road trips to Amsterdam with crazy adventures, cups of Earl grey tea, van rides in the desert heat, my sisters, home in Minneapolis, and that no matter where I am in the world I’m connected to my family. It’s fun to have things with stories, rather than just things.

How you survive when it’s -50°F (-46C) outside. On the positive side I am standing on my own two feet after going from a knee scooter with a cast, to crutches with a walking boot. Now I just get to slide across icy sidewalks.
2019: Now playing. Doesn’t look like this outside right now, but MUCH more white. It’s been awhile. I post all the time over at @preble_art my art account. Started the year in this great hometown of Minneapolis and will fly off in a few days, it’s always bittersweet.

YWAM Life 11 - Peace. Living in a community makes the everyday energetic and exciting, but for balance quiet moments are needed. I’ve been learning lately to schedule that time, and do something I love, like paint for friends!
YWAM Life 10 - Learning to Rest and Enjoy. It’s been a process to learn when to work and when to rest. Many things we are actually to hold in balance, it’s not one or the other, it’s everything in the right timing. I’m enjoying exactly where God has placed me now, what a privilege to serve!
